Our Process
Every Zenos project runs through the same 8 stages — so you always know what happens next, and who is accountable for it.

Initial Consultation
We meet with you in your home to discuss your vision, concepts and preferences, and to understand the budget set aside for the project. Once you agree to our design quotation, onboarding begins.

Design
Our team creates a design based on your requirements, including 3D renders, mood boards, and material samples, which are sent to you for approval.

Revisions
We work with you to refine the design until it perfectly meets your needs, with up to 3 major revisions included.

Plans and BOQ
Once you're happy with the design, we finalize the project plans and prepare a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for your review and signature.

Mobilization
Once the BOQ is agreed and signed, we obtain all required documents, NOCs and permits to mobilize our team to your property.

Renovation
Your assigned project manager and renovation team start work on your home to bring the design to life, with regular updates via a dedicated WhatsApp group or email.

Completion
We conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
- 8
Snagging
We address any snagging items or issues within one month of completion.
